Request Authorization
Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and accessories are included.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided return label or ship via your preferred carrier, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse verifies the condition of the return, a refund or store credit will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
